1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for Lumina Bot’s Premium features, subscriptions, and virtual items offered through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy, along with our Terms of Service.
2. Digital Nature of Goods
All Lumina Bot products, including Premium tiers, Lumigems, frames, and other digital items, are delivered instantly in a digital form. Because they are immediately accessible upon purchase, they are non-refundable once delivery has been confirmed, except where required by law.
3. All Sales Are Final
Unless mandated by consumer protection laws applicable in your region, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. This includes accidental purchases, changes of mind, or unused digital items.
If you believe your payment was processed in error or you did not receive the purchased benefits, please contact us at contact.luminabot@gmail.com within 7 days of your transaction for review.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Lumina Bot account. Any in-service benefits obtained from the disputed payment will be revoked.
Fraudulent or abusive refund claims may be reported to PayPal or other relevant authorities.
5. Legal Exceptions
Certain jurisdictions grant consumers specific statutory refund rights for digital goods. Where these laws apply, Lumina Bot will comply fully with applicable refund obligations.
If such rights exist in your region, you may be entitled to a refund only before the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to your Discord account.
