Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumina Bot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.

2. Eligibility & Service Access

Minimum age to use Discord is 13 years old (or higher if required by local law). To use Lumina Bot, you must be at least 16 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any accounts that do not meet this criterion.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and server rules where the bot is installed.

3. Accounts & Data

When interacting with the Service, we may process necessary Discord account details (e.g., username, user ID, avatar, account creation date, two-factor status, verification level) to provide and improve functionality. You must ensure that provided information is accurate and up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Exploit bugs, spam commands, or automate usage that harms stability.
• Engage in fraud, including fraudulent trading or manipulation of cards/items.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or submit unlawful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users; impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it solely to operate and improve the Service. We own all rights in the Service itself (software, design, branding) and assets created by affiliated creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We respect copyright and apply Fair Use principles (purpose/character of use, nature of the work, amount used, and market effect). For takedown requests or concerns, contact contact.luminabot@gmail.com. If you are a rights holder and request removal, we will act promptly upon proof of ownership.

6. Virtual Items & Game Economy

Cards, frames, tickets, and other in-Service items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, are non-redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable outside the Service. We may adjust balance, availability, or functionality (including removal) to maintain game health and fairness.

Trading items for money or services outside the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Premium features and subscriptions may be offered via third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). Taxes and fees may apply. Unless required by law, all sales are final. If you experience a purchase issue, contact contact.luminabot@gmail.com.

Chargebacks or suspected fraud may lead to suspension or termination, and reversal of in-Service benefits obtained from disputed payments.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time (e.g., maintenance, stability, balance). Substantial changes will be communicated in a timely manner.

Unauthorized modification or interference with the Service or its intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will be preserved without loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, risk of harm, fraud, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity) shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the Service is operated and, where relevant, by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Venue and jurisdiction follow those applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms periodically. All updates will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of significant modifications. Effective date: October 19, 2025.
